If you want to get serious, start with a cleavage enhancer and then put on forms with a good adhesive so that the edges are well bonded and a good fitting full coverage bra. Then use your makeup talents to blend the tone of your skin into the tone of the forms. It can be done and will look realistic but will take practice.
