As far as the differences, well.......
You don't see your face as much, only in a mirror. Your legs are very visual because they're right there in front of you. Since most of us wear alot of skirts and dresses with hose, that accentuates or focuses our attention on them. Also, it's a much larger surface area so the affect is magnified. I especially notice the different feelings when wearing a silky skirt out on a breezy day. Even after years of this that is an incredibly sensual feeling!
