Agree with Karren. Everytime I've been in a jury pool I saw a lot of people I know. If you are not out, then don't go en-femme. Also agree with being well dressed. I always wear an expensive suit and always get challenged by the defense attorney. A prosecutor I know says that the defense prefers ignorant people since they are easier to sway, and have problems evaluating and weighting complex facts.
