I'm 67 and soon will be 68. As Karren says "getting old sucks", but reaction to age is a mental thing. You may not be able to dress like a 20 year old, but you can still dress and be sexy in clothing closer to your age. Just determine what your best assets are and dress to highlight them. For me and I think many others here the joy is in the dressing itself and what others think is not important in the long run. It is for your enjoyment, not some one else's.
