I don't think people were thinking, "That's a man." I think they were instead thinking, like I was when I saw your pictures, "Wow, she's cute! Nice sweater. I love her boots!" and other complimentary things. You're right on target on the "get out of the car quickly" thing. The longer you think about it, the longer you think about it. I use the time after I park my car to check my makeup in the mirror and refresh my lip gloss. I find that it helps me sink into my girly side much easier and then I can't wait to get out of the car and start shopping!
