I was asked once if I was "Susan" because of an order mix-up at a take-out restaurant. I looked at the server and said, "No, I'm not Susan" (in a calm voice. Then the person, still trying to find Susan, looked at the order and asked me if it was my order (saying to you get a "this and a that").
