You can tip if you think this. I've never seen evidence that entry-level workers provide more VALUE for what they do than what minimum wage pays. There are opportunities in the industry for those who excel. Entry-level jobs such as burger-flipping will never be able to pay enough to support a family living in a nice house and driving nice cars (except in socialist societies). I like McDonald's and other fast food, but I get frustrated and disgusted at how dysfunctional some of these places are. They should be glad they get minimum wage.
