Hmm. I think some people wear masks because when they look in the mirror, they want to see a femme face looking back at them, and they feel as though even a mask would be a step up from what they've already got goin' on. It's just that simple.
I personally don't like masks, but I won't begrudge other people for wearing them. Besides, I think I'd rather see a pic with a mask than all the faceless cd's looking like some sort of Lovecraftian t-gurl.
