I saw my doctor today and talked to her about my diet, among other things, and got some advice from her. I've lost about a kilo... it's a start II think my biggest challenge right now is that I'm not really able to exercise "for real", but I'm doing everything my current weight allows me to do. I'm surprised at how quickly I got used to the smaller portion sizes... I actually seem to feel better physically from not overeating all the time :-)
