Anywhere you have never been, likely will never go back to and which has a high volume of people, so much so that no one can really fixate on observing any one person enough to notice you long enough to even see anything clearly. Where the shopping is good, the dining is nice and you can go check out some places like museums.
I think if I wanted to have a great girl weekend, I'd get on a bus, go to Toronto (in my case), rent a room for the weekend, and shop till I dropped, check out some great eating, and just enjoy being a girl with no reason to care about the people around me, because I'd never see them again, and they'd never see me again.
I think a weekend in Toronto would be worth more to me than a year as a girl daily around my small town.
