Vegas...meh. If you stay in the tourist areas like The Strip or Downtown it is OK (as well as the outlets). But remember Vegas is a Mormon based town so not all of the city is open
San Antonio? Don't have any idea.

Of course New York and LA have areas and Miami and Orlando are LGBT friendly in certain parts
