OK, I am assuming that you do go out and will be doing that during the day. I recommend that you go to the San Diego Zoo, one of the best in the world, walk around Old San Diego, take a walk at the beach, do whatever you would want to do in guy mode. It is such a beautiful area and so many things to do. Good luck and enjoy.
