Ah Nathalie, it's that damned plateau, no matter how hard you work out, nothing shifts. Not sure about that chips habit helping though.
Unfortunately, I have never seen or heard of the elusive diet plan to remove fat from certain areas. Fat is fat, and running, jogging, cardio-vascular style exercise with reduced crap intake is the best method I ever found.
I would like a more defined hip/butt but man fat sits on my belly first, so slim is best. I lost 30lb jogging with Wi-Fit, now need to get back to the road as I used to do.
