The difference between walking like a cowboy and like a pretty girl is your elbow and hand position.
A cowboy walks with his elbows out and his hands in and palms facing back.
A pretty girl walks with her elbows in her hands out and palms facing forward.
A swing of the hips is noticeable in both walks
