Need help picking Flowers

My three month anniversary with my girlfriend (M2F) is coming up. I'm hoping my paycheck comes by then so i can take her out and have a night she wont forget. A lot of born females always believe a guy is suppose to do the romancing and I beg to differ. Sure its nice when the person your with does something romantic but what about you? Do you just sit around waiting for the romance to land in your lap. I don't think so. I'm such a romantic that I want to be the one to "Sweep her off her feet" so to say.....even though shes 6 feet tall and so I want to start off by giving her flowers. only problem is that she never really thought about it and don't know which kind she may like. I dont want to give her just roses. I would like to give her something that has meaning of how much I love her behind it. Any suggestions?
