You know what would have been really handy way back when? Digital cameras! Not just to capture myself dressed up, but to have an image of what Mom's drawer looked like and restore it!
She knew but never let on until much later, when I was in a particularly harrowing situation (long story). She said she wasn't pleased about it, but knew I wasn't hurting anyone and didn't want to embarrass me. She was the best.
If you have a feeling she knew/knows, she knows. If you're absolutely positive she doesn't know, ... she knows!
