Hi Jessica. You've really been moving along with things since we first met. I'm afraid I have no real advice to offer you as I have no experience in your situation.
However, as to your comments about being concerned won't be so accepting, my feeling is that you should go ahead and tell them yourself. They are bound to find out eventually. You might as well take the lead and establish your position. Put your best face forward and tell them what is happening. Having done that, be prepared to live with the reaction. But give them the chance.
