I think you bring up a great point OrdinaryAverageGuy. I very much consider myself to part of the LGBTQ community, but I know that many CD's don't, which is totally fair! I've always felt welcomed and safe in queer nightlife spots, which is probably because I'm queer. I completely understand why some CD's would not feel comfortable expressing themselve in that type of environment.
So much of my social life is spent in crowded bars on the weekend, that I really appreciate everyone's perspective here on what a party should have, since it differs from what I'm used too when it comes to nightlife.
