    Running list

Do any of you have a running list in your mind about cd things you want to do, purchase or perhaps make?

It seems the pink fog helps me generate a constant list of things I need to work on and the top few keep changing positions. It might be clothing items I want to buy, or cosmetics or planning a chance to get out or maybe those butt/hip pads I want to construct. It is fluid and ever present. The joys of being CD I guess.
I just want to be pretty once in a while

I have always had a list in my head but not in any particular order. I have fulfilled most of my dreams in the last 4 years.
I don't wish to change my gender I just want to change my clothes.

    Well, let's see:

The first part of this week was spent editing the pics of Sherry I took last Sunday at WonderCon. (See avatar)

Since then I've been making props for a new picto story with Sherry as a Long Neck Thai native. And, working on the dialog of an epic picto story I just finished shooting and editing.

I hope to finish the scene set up and shoot part of the native story this coming week.

Then, for the next 3 weeks after that I'll be putting together outfits for my week in Vegas at WildSide.

After I get back from Vegas I'll be editing photos from Vegas and finishing the Karen tribe picto story.

So, to answer your question, "No, nothing special going on with Sherry until June." Oh, wait! Then the pool will be swimable and I have some sexy new bikinis I want to try out!

U can't keep doing the same things over and over and expect to enjoy life to the max. When u try new things, even if they r out of your comfort zone, u may experience new excitement and growth that u never expected.

Challenge yourself and pursue your passions! When your life clock runs out, you'll have few or NO REGRETS!

I've been at a bit of a loss about what to do next.

I was pretty conservative about what I found appealing with skirts, dresses and bodysuits, then I veered into "Brolita" territory which has been nice, but now it's mostly played out.

    Suggestions?

I know it's personal, but who knows maybe one of you have my next great adventure

Without I hope souding like a stuck record, each year when I get to be Helen for a week I look for new things to do while enfemme.

Shopping inc using ladies changing room/ toilets, dining out, cinema, using public transport, visiting tourist attractions, these are all regulars. I did tick a box by going to the theatre for a show this year and one which came about more by accident was visiting a hairdressers to get the fringe on one of my wigs reshaped.

Possibly top of my list would be a pro makeover. More the makeup side as I think I've the clothing fairly well nailed down.

So if anyone has further suggestions then all gratefully received.

I've a number of things I would like to do en femme. No particular order, but I think taking public transport is a primary one - especially taking the train to NYC and opening up the possibility of going to museums, concerts, sporting events en femme.

In terms of presentation and attire my goals are ever growing, and its progress and evolution can be gauged by taking a look at my Amazon cart.

I have a running list/word document of the style and color of my favorite panties which includes colors I have seen that are considered vintage or old stock. In Vanity Fair styles I have: 13109, 176; 15712, 160 and 13001, 59. On each list I annotate colors I have seen on ebay that were available but either too big or too small. I also have lists with print ads of the dresses (162) and nightgowns (68) I have purchased.

Back prior to 9-11, I traveled quite a bit for work and many times I flew underdressed wearing garter belt, stockings, panties and bra. How I wished I could have flown fully dressed but back then me and Grizzly Adams could have been brothers. Not a good sight if I was fully dressed!!!!!

Now that I am clean shaven and shave the rest of the body I want to fly pretty to Key West and strut down Duvall Street in my finest ****ty outfit.

The other thing I want to do is travel the entire Blue Ridge Parkway enfem. I was going to go last fall however the damn hurricane caused the parkway to be closed down. Hopefully it will entirely reopen before I depart this earth, on my next journey.

Any Gurls want to join me on my Blue Ridge Parkway trip?

    Traci,

You got me thinking about my current situation. I have been a dresser for nearly 60 years. Started in my early teens, you can do the math. Near the end of 2022 I paused my dressing and am still in that pause. That said, I think every day about what I want to wear, what makeup to put on, what heels. My family situation got a little complicated and the pause made sense but I suspect like many others Tiffany is always on my mind and that mental list is always playing in my head.

I’d like to go 24/7 for at least a few years. I crossdress every day, but not always all day. For me, female clothing is correct. Male clothing is somewhat ok, but not correct. I’d like to be myself full time.
What do I do on days when I don't crossdress? I have no idea.

I keep a list on my phone of things that I want to acquire. That list is currently 8 items long.

As for experiences on the to-do list; I don't have one. But, I'm trying to get over my fear of being seen in public. I'm taking babysteps towards that. It's helping, bit by bit. Today I went for a hike in a state forest with my wife. I was wearing shorts with pantyhose under them on display over my freshly shaved legs, and hiking boots. Unfortunately, we didn't bump into anyone. I've done this a few times before, and I've bumped into people each time. That's helpful to me to kind of teach my subconscious that I'm not doing to die Work in progress.

Absolutely Tracy - regarding things I want to do in public. I knocked off quite a few this year. Next is full swimsuit at the beach - I?ve done top only with jeans skirt so far. Eating at a sit down restaurant. Would love to attend one of the cd event conferences but not sure that will happen.

Great thread - enjoying the answers.
Sherlyn had a running list and after doing many of the things it always got bigger.
Thinking back is bringing me joy now….when years ago it would have made me upset to remember.
I think we did everything she ever imagined.
When we met and started on the list it was a whirlwind and then many years in it just was our life.
Thanks for jogging the memories in our life.

I don't have it in my head, because I've got a list in a note app in my tablet. On top of that there're wishlists on pages I'm registered at and put together it's quite a sum of money I want to spend.

But in terms of activities: currently I did everything from my immediate bucket list (shopping, opera, beauty event, clubbing) and now I miss only two big things: make irl friend as Marketa and go to some vacation and spend there time as me.

This is a great thread! I love hearing what everybody wants to do, or has done already.

For me, since I came out to my very supportive wife 5 years ago or so, I have done so many things:
    1. Travelled pretty to DC via Amtrak
    2. Gone to the NC Opera multiple times
    3. Eaten in countless restaurants
    4. Every kind of shopping, including Lowe's and Harbor Freight
    5. Spent a long weekend solo camping (in my RV) as Joannie
    6. Gone to the movies many times with female friend and others
    7. Viewed our local Pride parade
    8. Had drinks in many local bars, mostly with my wife
    9. Gone to a drag brunch (Hamburger Mary's in JAX)
    10. Used the ladies' toilets hundreds of times while doing the above

Still there are things on my bucket list:
    1. Fly pretty. I used to think it would never happen, but after Amtrak, I think I could do it. Sadly, I used to fly 30-40 weeks a year, but since Covid pretty much zilch.
    2. Go to my doctor, eye doctor, etc. en femme. I think both would be fine with it
    3. Attend a music festival as Joannie all weekend 24 x 7
    4. Full makeover at Ulta or someplace
    5. Lose enough weight so that I look better in a dress
    6. Get my ears pierced. May happen in the next few weeks, actually.
    7. Travel pretty to Europe
    8. Get my eyebrows more feminine
    9. Learn how to do false eyelashes. I just can't seem to get the knack. I can barely do mascara :-)

So, plenty more to aspire to. Thanks for sharing, everyone.
