I had a wonderful day today. I had a 1/2 day off of work for my haircut. My stylist has seen Jay many times, and the times when I come in Jay-drab she is usually disappointed. Anyway I had the appointment in the afternoon which gave me just enough time to get dressed. No pictures (sorry), but I was wearing a maxi skirt (all black) with a slit, black ankle boots, white shirt, with a black/white flannel shirt on top. I think I really nailed the casual look to blend. And, I tried to really focus on "day time" makeup, so not dark and of course my wig.
I had asked in advance if she could double book me for two appointments. The first appointment to re-style my natural-hair wig, and the second to cut and style my real hair. It was amazing to sit in the chair with the wig as she curled it.
LOVED IT!
Afterwards, I went to my local jeweler (who has also seen both Jay and drab-Jay) to browse. No buying today, but a great day.
