Strong pink colors are a little too attention grabbing for me whether in male or female attire, just not my personality.
I do have a mildly pink purse which I like.

I have a few pink items. But i prefer purple as its my second favorite color after chrome. I like any shade of purple. And no i don't have any clothes that are chrome, but a few in gray and silver.
Yes, silver is different from Chrome. Lol
My wife likes colors and I don't mind them so my shirts and tee shirts always had a bit of color. But as for pants and especially for business attire I tend to go black, gray, denim. But one day we had this sales assistant lady who helped us selecting pants for myself and picked black, but also a warm, unconventional shade of gray and a pale blue, and commented: "enough with black, black, black for men. Let's get some color". That remark stuck with me. I thought, after all, isn't it funny that males are generally raised to, and like to be center stage, but when it comes to wearing colors, suddenly become shrinking violets, at least this is particularly true in a business context (even if suits are less and less the norm now).
As for patterns on sock, there is in my country a very famous sports brand selling clothes for and inspired by the world of rugby (Eden Park). Rugby is as virile as a sport can get (think American football). Guess what the trademark color of this brand is.
