Yes, and I smile more and actually many of my orthopedic troubles seem to fade, though the foot pains bounce back with anger if I spend too long in higher heels!
So nice to know I'm not crazy lol

I think its baked into being a crossdresser
This 80 y/o sure as heck couldn't dance for hours in 4"+ spikes dressed in drabs!![]()
U can't keep doing the same things over and over and expect to enjoy life to the max. When u try new things, even if they r out of your comfort zone, u may experience new excitement and growth that u never expected.
Challenge yourself and pursue your passions! When your life clock runs out, you'll have few or NO REGRETS!
Yes, my energy level rises when en femme. Like Doc, I can last longer in heels.
The most freeing femme garment is a bikini. I continue to be amazed at how much freedom of movement a bikini allows. My trunks when in drab do restrict some movement but a bikini gives me the freedom of movement like wearing nothing at all. How much a bikini typically covers is only part of the reason. Unlike trunks, which cover large, moving joints at the hips, a bikini covers no large moving joints. Therefore, I have replaced my trunks with a moderately high waisted black womans bikini bottom when swimming, femme or drab. Mine covers more than a Speedo but has the same complete freedom of movement.
I like the way I look as femme more than my male image. Go figure
Yes. I’m the same way. Wearing female clothing makes me feel strong and capable, like I could conquer the world. It seems so crazy. Presenting as a member of “the weaker sex” makes me feel super strong. I feel totally crazy. I love feeling totally crazy.
What do I do on days when I don't crossdress? I have no idea.
Absolutely! And when I pass by one of our several mirrors, yes, I pause and make some small adjustment, which I so enjoy. Sounds pretty normal to me. Smiling is good.
"Looking at myself?" There are three mirrors in our home; one over the sink in each bathroom and one full length. No way is this aged face (78) going to stare at herself in the bathroom mirrors. The full length is alright from afar. Our wedding picture is over the fireplace mantel. Who the heck is that guy? Due to sun damaged my face did not age well. Stay out of the sun. My wife's (74) skin is still blemish free and smooth.
Love all the answers .
That’s one thing I had to get used to with Sherlyn when we first met.
She explained her looking at the mirror reinforced she was looking female and gave her the confidence to go out and she then felt it.

I have mirrors throughout the house with the biggest being a mirror wall 8' high, 12' wide. I can't avoid seeing myself a lot but luckily I like the look.

Let's just say that the mirror might be necessary at times, but it's no friend of mine.
It insists on pointing out all my flaws.
Never a fan of mirrors no matter how I'm dressed. Granted, they are helpful at times.

Like looking from the neck down, not so much the rest.
I don't always feel full of energy, but I do always smile and feel happy.
I don't wear women's clothes, I wear MY clothes !
