Panties 24/7. I wear bras 3 days each week, when I work in the office. I typically don't wear bras at home as my wife does not approve.
I wear a bra and panties almost all the time when I'm home, but not out in the real world. I still have a few soft cup cotton bras, which I wear to bed as well, but prefer something with a bit more support when up and around. I dress entirely as a female when at home alone, and sometimes can't bring myself to change into my 'man uniform' just so I can go out in public and get my chores done, as I still can't get the bravery to go out 'en femme' to the world, knowing that there are potential repercussions to doing that, in such a conservative community, where most men remain very vocal about disapproving of crossdressers, gays, and transgendered folks. Though an intimidating sized person, I still don't want to have to wind up fighting my way through the rest of my life, just because the knuckle draggers feel they have to demonstrate their masculinity by trying to beat up the sissy. Never mind that I would likely win any fight, that doesn't make the whole incident any more tolerable for me.

Why don't we understand our desire to dress, behave and feel like a girl? Because from childhood, boys are told that the worst possible thing we can be, is a sissy. This feeling is so ingrained into our psyche, that we will suppress any thoughts that connect us to being or wanting to be feminine, even to the point of creating separate personalities to assign those female feelings into.

Yes, as I mentioned above, I wear panties 24/7. What surprises me is my favorites. I vastly prefer nylon granny panties, especially white ones with lace trim on the top. That’s about as “granny” as you can get. ???

I have never been one to underdress, but at this advanced age, I get to wear undergarments nearly every day.

I don't own any make undies so it's pretty much fem panties all the time. When I'm home I'll put on a bra most of the times.
I wear panties every day. I did just recently dig into a drawer to find some male tighty whities to wear to the doctor. First time wearing those in six months. A bra most days during the winter when it is covered by layers. Summer is a no go on the bras unfortunately, and I truly miss that.
One day my wife came into the bedroom as I was getting dressed. She saw the bras markings on my chest and freaked out. Didn?t wear for a couple days after that, but hard to resist.
