when crossdressing puts you in a pickle
I work Tues-Sat and usually go in at 5am to get everything ready for the rest of team. On Sat I will often make the drive dressed and change right before i pull into the parking lot. I've got good at changing in the car. Work is a 1 hr drive from the house. I'm getting close to the office and look to the seat and realize I left my change of clothes at the house. At 445am. there are not many options. So i pull into a Loves truck stop and all they have are track pants. So that's what i get to wear for the day. I made an excuse of having a major spill and needing new pants and that's all that was available. Man i sure wished at that time for walmart was still 24x7!

Similar thing happened to me once, got to the jobsite and had forgotten to grab a shirt. Didn't think a cami would be appropriate for a construction site. Luckily I had a dirty t-shirt in the back. Hated to put it on, it smelled a little, but since I was just going to sweat all day anyway I figured why not. But still yuk.
I had to google "track pants", are those the same as "sweat pants" or what my wife calls "jogging pants"?
I miss Walmart's 24-7 too. At 3AM there was no one in your way!

Life is more fun in heels
I was a brides maid at my best friend's wedding. It was a back yard affair. At some point she got upset the hired help was not doing things right. She jumped on to show them to get moving. She proceeded to spill pickle juice all over her dress while struggling to open a jar. I'm not the one who wound up in a pickle but I was dressed appropriately. :-)

Jodi, that's definitely a fear of mine if I'm dressed going somewhere but intend to change back into drab. I check and re-check my bag to make sure I have everything.

Mine was when I was on a Friday night drive and my wife called and said that a pipe bursted at her mothers house. Because I have to leave the house mostly in male mode it wasn't a problem until I realized I didn't have any socks. When I got to my mother in laws she asked me why I had no socks on. I told her I hurried there so fast I forgot to put them on.
I thought that was a good recovery
