I have had melenomas and several MOHS surgeries, so the strip to your underwear is old hat for me. if I have a doctor's appointment I always wear very androgynous panties.

Please call me Jamie, I always_have crossdressed, I always will, "alwayshave".
I have a history of skin cancers, so I've had full body scans every 3 months. My first exam I removed all my clothing and was very uncomfortable. My second exam, I left my panties on and was much more relaxed. All scans over the last 4 years now I keep my panties on.
And I've had a number of clean checkups in a row so I've graduated to every 6 months instead of 3!
In todays world most Dr's and nurses have seen just about everything. It doesn't seem to bother them so I would not worry about it.
It is like my UPS Driver said I've seen it all, Nothing surprises me any more, I am sure your DR feels the same,
Having my ears triple pierced is AWESOME, ~~......
I can explain it to you, But I can't comprehend it for you !
If at first you don't succeed, Then Skydiving isn't for you.
Be careful what you wish for, Once you ring a bell , you just can't Un-Ring it !! !!
Any time I go to any doctor for anything I fully expect to have to take my clothes off. I usually don't end up having to, but I expect it.
Life is short
I used to work for a doctor (several in my lifetime). I will warn you that they do share tidbits with their staff, and often things go into their office notes that a CDer may not realize. Do not wear anything that will give your secret away if you are trying to keep a secret.
I'm with O.A.G. on that one, even though I am out to my physician as having gender dysphoria, which means I am out to any specialists I see, since they all have access to the same medical computer system.
I am a vessel of the goddess. Let me express my calling to a feminine life through nurturing love and relatedness.
The idea that notes about me being a crossdresser might show up in the notes on my record is a prime motivator for never dressing for a doctor's visit. A couple of reasons; First, having been trained in classified materials handling, I'm well aware that leaking anything anywhere can cause the wrong people to get the information you don't want to have leaked, even if they seem unconnected. Two, the health system I am in coordinates across all platforms. Even my dentist is connected. So, endoscopy, urology, GP, dentist, etc. etc. etc. see what everyone puts in. This is good from a health perspective, but for me I don't want everyone to know.
I also find it extremely bizarre that a healthcare office should give two rips if I crossdress. It has not effect on my health, so why should it end up in notes? But, once in notes...it's NEVER coming out.
Thus, I treat crossdressing as highly classified information when it comes to healthcare. They don't have the appropriate clearance and they most emphatically do not have a need to know.
