the very first thing i would do is toss out ALL my male clothing and go on a shopping spree, get my hair and nails done, some implants, dress of course and spend a nite on the town as the real me, a real female.

First stop.....plastic surgeon, but for facial work, not breasts......the man bits stay as they are. After healing i would find the countries best one location shopping, with all the spas, salons, and clothing of every kind and stay for weeks. There's a whole shopping list of things that would follow that, starting with eyebrow waxing, growing my hair out, laser hair removal, hrt, etc. It's so long it's not really worth listing.

And, then, once that's all corrected, i'd just simply live as an ordinary woman.

But as I said, not in any of our lifetimes. Maybe around 2075 or so. Maybe....
