No, I don't buy this notion that all men are secretly a bit TG or want to crossdress. Sure there may be some that have thought about it but never have, and those that have dressed up for a laugh (usually with the 'comical' lack of effort) but for the most part, I think the majority of men have no interest in it at all, and I'd imagine there's a group of men who would really hate to wear womens clothes.
It's a bit like the 'all women are a little bit lesbian' claim... I get the feeling it's just a group of people projecting what they want to believe onto a huge and diverse group of people.
