Not to argue with you, but I've always seen it as pink. It was the pink triangle that the Nazis made gays wear during the holocaust, and that's what it symbolizes.

I looked up the purple triangle online and it says the Nazis made people of "unorthodox" religions (like Jehovah's Witnesses) wear that. Don't know why they sold you a purple triangle ring in the Village. :idontknow:

haha! you are just too funny! my original choice of colour for my chair would have been purple but the choice was a very deep plum almost black that i didnt see the point so my second choice was blue
