Tha last time I did that job was for the tranny netball matches at this year's Sparkle - the casualty list was one ripped ankle, two skinned knuckles and one concussion.
Netball is supposed to be a non-contact sport...

Heh...you should see MY list of netball-related war wounds LOL...that puts paid to any assumption of 'non-contact'! I had torn muscles, ligaments and tendons in both knees (had it happen to my right knee first as a direct result of contact from another player, and just as that had healed it happened to my left knee, again as a result of contact from another player! So i was on crutches for a LONG time), twisted my ankles several times (most often from being deliberately tripped by other players), concussion (from player contact), more bruises and scrapes than I could possibly count....hence why I will not let my daughters play netball (my now 19yo did play for a while but got a few injuries, so she quit and went on to play tennis instead LOL).Netball is supposed to be a non-contact sport...

Pretty quiet on this thread today. Oh yea, everyone is probably swabbing the deck, repairing the mast. Nursing hangovers, plotting the next pillage, oversleeping.
Counting the loot and appraising the booty, shinning the cutless and swords for brandishing. Changing the eye patches, and attaching the hooks and wooden legs.
Lots to do, there are not enough hours in the day.
Oh well, I guess I will just have the hair of the dog..........
