Is what I do “cross-dressing”?

So, am I a cross-dresser? It’s not that I’m trying to deny it – it’s just that I’m not sure that what I do is what you would call cross-dressing.

Based on what you said in this post, I'd say you're a crossdresser. I'm going to repeat some things that others have said so bear with me.

It doesn't matter WHY you wear women's clothes. It doesn't matter which clothes you wear. It doesn't matter whether you're really a woman inside or getting in touch with another side of yourself or just a guy or anything like that. Just enjoy it.

And although in practice there seems to be a hierarchy of crossdressers (how much you wear, how often you dress, etc.) there really shouldn't be. the thing is to get to the point where you're happy doing what you do. That whole "more CD than thou" is just macho BS.

Of course, the real question here is do YOU consider what you do to be crossdressing. But again, since I get the feeling you're just looking for reassurance and validation, I'd call what you do crossdressing.
