I honestly didn't notice the part of the original post that says:

I don't know if it was added in an edit or whether I skimmed part of the post and missed it (this is rather likely especially with the cognitive symptoms of my CFS which are flaring up at the moment). Rest assured if I'd noticed that paragraphs contents i would have spoken up and I apologise for not doing so anyway.
