New Look are awesome in my experience. Apart from the fact that they do amazing clothes, I've never had anything but fantastic service from the assistants. I'm surprised you had to get permission from customer services though, I always just walk in and try stuff no bother. I've bought jackets, trainers, furry boots (which by a strange coincidence are just behind me on the floor), hoodies, everything. I've also ordered stuff for pick up and when I've needed to exchange or ask a question, they're always really professional. And that was both male and female members of staff
