any auto parts supply or big box retail store like "Wal-Mart" auto section will stock them. It is called a (vacuum) "brake bleeder kit". Looks like a mini-version of a caulking gun with a bunch of short hoses that attach to it. You can just buy a couple of those cheap plastic funnels sold in various sizes in the same section. Just use caution with the pressure you use. You can generate enough vacuum pressure to suck yourself out like an inside-out pool toy if you are not careful ! :D:D 5-10 minute sessions can produce results. But just like beauty...it fades quickly...
