Want to share somethig with you all. Yesterday my wife and I went to the movies (saw The Fighter, we enjoyed it a lot). We usually don't go to the consession stand but since I didn't eat lunch I thought I'd get some popcorn (movie popcorn is soooooo bad for you) and my wife wanted a real Coke. I ordered the popcorn (a large tub, but I didn't rember my wife can't eat it because if a digestion issue). When I gave it to her to hold while I sat down she said she hoped I enjoy all of it, oopss. We shared the soda 22 oz apiece.

I almost finished the pop corn and soda and after a while I really felt terrible. All the salt, sugar, and other bad stuff didn't react well with my body. I haven't had a soda, regular or diet in over a month so i know that was a big part of it. So going off the diet can not only make you gain weight it can make you feel rotten. I'm gonna be good for a while.
