I apologize for jumping into the middle of this thread, but I have really enjoyed reading through it.
Do any of you struggle with just mindlessly eating? I find that when I am concentrating on something, and there is food nearby, I will almost mindlessly eat it. My higher level conscious almost doesn't catch that I am eating too much until I have nearly consumed it.
I am so proud of all of you for the weight you are loosing. I am type 1 diabetic and a goal of loosing 50 lbs this coming year. I think it will be impossible.
