I'm an Asian myself and I think that its pretty much the same in terms of proportion. Differences between Asian males and females are probably about the same as of that of males and females around the rest of the world. So I doubt that would be an too much of an advantage. But I do have to admit that Asian females are not usually as curvy as western ladies(its just a generalization thou), this could be one of the keys.
Like what Kate mentioned "gettin away with smaller frames..., however they still have to work like the rest of us". Because everything, face, hair, clothing, actions and speech all play a vital part in passing. Unsuspecting, but CD alarms on those of the "normal" world would be blaring out loud at the slightest cues of abnormality.
