I would presume that if anyone in the scientific community gave a damn, they could do scans of our brains, to see if the neurological activity followed similar patterns to those of a biological female, at least some of the time. Don't you think it's pretty profound that it's easier to pump somone who's TS full of hormones, and perform cosmetic surgeries to alter their secondary sexual characteristics, than it is to treat their minds so that they feel proper in their birth gender? Doesn't this suggest there is something fairly profound going on in their brains? How can you be sure that it is so different?
