An interesting experience. First, I am taken aback by how little make she used to cover my beard. WAY less than I do. She used liquid foundation and blending ball, that's it. I might have to experiment in the future.
I told Denise what I anted, a "less is more"look that can go from day to night. Then I let her at it. No peeking until she was done. She applied fall eyelashes which was first for me. I doubt I'll ever go to the trouble of doing that myself, but the look is nice.
I asked Denise how common this is for her and she said, "Really common." We are not so unique. Visually, the eyebrows popped for me. Better than I can do but she's a pro. OK, off to the great out doors
Oh, and the makeup artists name is Denise Alvarez (thank you Michelle) she's a freelancer for MAC and she's great. $80 including the false eyelashes. If you want her contact info, message me.
I'll post a boy mode vs girl mode in the photos section later, it's pretty comical.

Hopefully she made over that Steelers t-shirt too!
Glad you are having a good time, you look, as always, lovely.

Looking good, Jennifer.
I agree with you regarding the false eyelashes - they look fantastic but they're kinda tricky to apply (I'm still struggling with them).
And I love what she's done with your eyebrows. Very envious!
Keep having fun and keep the updates coming![]()
While here, I am using Lyft when in Jen mode, which so far all the time. I registered as Jennifer and put up a profile picture so the driver knows who they are picking up (no surprises). Lyft allows Apple Pay so no issue with registering
First driver says cheerily as I enter the car: "Well hello, you're the best looking thing that's gotten into my car today!" Now he may have been hauling cattle
for all I know but it shows how people can swing with strange goings on.
Spent three hours ours at the outlet mall looking for boots and a Moto jacket. No luck. I was offered help at every store just like any normal. Overall, I'd guess I got really looked at 3 times. One time was a 15/16 year old girl looking me up and down with puzzlement on her face. It was cute. Most reactions I saw were a smile when someone recognized that I was a cross dresser. I was wearing a dress and kitten heels and I was one of very few in a skirt or dress but I didn't feel out of place. It was interesting. I think the casualness and length of the dress made it ok.
The second Lyft driver and I chatted the whole way back to the hotel. Just like normals.
Once in the hotel I walked over to an open grille and the hostess says,"I love your dress." To which I thanked her. Now, hotel workers have to do their job so. I didn't expect a "Freak!" When I walked up but she didn't have to be so friendly either. People just go with it.
Well, enough for now. I lost my mascera so I have to remember to buy more

I've waited so long for this time. Makeup is so frustrating. Shaking hands and I look so old. This was a mistake.
My new maid's outfit is cute. Sure fits tight.
And then I step into the bedroom and in the mirror, I see a beautiful woman looking back at me.
Smile, Honey! You look fabulous!
Enjoy. I love Vegas and you look great
I went there in girl mode for a few days about 4 years ago. I Booked my hotel, just off the strip. When I checked in I handed over my credit card and the girl behind the desk told me my husband made the reservation and he needed to be present. Had to fess up I was the husband and show my ID. Bit embarrassing but no problems.
I bought a short green and white floral skirt from the outdoor outlet mall. Good prices
Things don't get going here until late, but I have some early conference calls tomorrow morning so out I go for a quick lap of the mall area and maybe a drink. 8PM local time means it will probably be dead. The make up is holding really well. Fortunately the casinos are always a little dim so I think I can getaway with this outfit.
Goodnight everyone!

My God, Jennifer.
Darling, you are my hero (heroine). Really.
Seeing your courageous and happy outing makes me envious
Love the pics. You look great. Keep going.
There resides within me a Woman, and she is powerful.
She has been my Grace and Bearing on the stormiest seas.
I could no more deny Her than I would my own soul.
You look great, Jen. Look at those legs!![]()

U look good, Jenn. And, your attitude is even better! Glad you're having so much fun!![]()
U can't keep doing the same things over and over and expect to enjoy life to the max. When u try new things, even if they r out of your comfort zone, u may experience new excitement and growth that u never expected.
Challenge yourself and pursue your passions! When your life clock runs out, you'll have few or NO REGRETS!
Jennifer, I am glad that your having fun in Vegas. Yeah it is a place that us cross-dressers get to a lot and people there are pretty excepting. Enjoy your time there.
Part Time Girl
I wanted to comment on this as I find Vegas no more or less accepting then anywhere else I have been out. While the strip has the potential for weirdness, at the outlet mall there were a thousand people. I heard a dozen languages which means I was not in "Vegas" I was viewed by individuals from many different countries and cultures. There was not a hint of negativity. In fact, while waiting for my Lyft ride, several groups of young people passed me. None reacted in any way that was other than typical.
Don't be envious. ANYONE can do this. It's not courage, it's just going out. It's no different than in male mode, really. Dress for the time and place and you're cool
No one can make a Steelers shirt better! It's already perfection.
You know David, I prefer to out with the normals. Never want to feel like I am hiding, I did that for 40+ years....
Jennifer,
Reading this has me so jealous. And you look great! Looking through your pictures, one thing I'd humbly suggest is, if letting your arm hang down keep your elbows in for your pose. If you google image search "little black dress", note how the women in the pictures pose their arms. It could enhance your look a bit.
I'd love to take a trip like this!
Yes, work threw a monkey wrench into my day plans but work pays the bills for Jen time so it was an easy choice.
Off to Mon Ami Gabi at the Paris, hope I can get in. I'mprobably over dressed but...

Walked right on to the terrace. The view and me on the street:

Dinner at Mon Ami Gabi. Expensive but a great view from the terrace and food was delicious. Fortunately(?), a MAC store just down the street so I found my concealer and set spray that the make up person used AND remembered my mascara.

Man MAC stuff is crazy expensive.
All in all, everywhere I went, every ride, every waitperson, the other customers, the MAC sales ladies, everyone was just "normal" with me.

Hell-o Jenn,
I've been trying to keep up with your adventure, and I gotta say
I'm quite envious!
Vegas is such a fun place, I've been there sooo many times, although
I've never dressed while I was there, but still loved every visit.
Mon Ami Gabi is my absolute favorite dinner spot, the view of the Belagio
fountain show while dining on the outdoor patio is spectacular!
Did you try the au gratin scallop appetizer? If not... Go back and get some!
Much Love,
Kristyn
I smile because you are my friend, and
I laugh because there is nothing you can do about it!!!
Funny Jen, I never liked Las Vegas....until I experienced it as a girl. I have been three times, twice to Diva Las Vegas and planning on my third in March. Last March, I was femme for nearly four days and loved it. I played golf with a couple of girls two days in a row and had a blast. There is something so easy about being out in Las Vegas. I think it partially has to do with the fact so many of us go there but also that we add to the scenery. It is almost as if we enhance the experience for everyone who goes there, even the older couple from the midwest who can tell their friends,"we rode the elevator up to the room and talked with a tranny." I can't wait to go there in March.
Hey Jen, glad you are having a good time. 3 comments.
Las Vegas has this reputation for CDs. But I was there and only saw a handful(other than the drag show) my wife only saw one (me). Either they are REALLY good, or I think it's overblown (well except DLV)
MAC is pricey, but you gotta love it. Especially that setting spray! And I love the smell of their foundation. Part of that mental transformation into Meghan mode.
I may not be the best Bengals fan, but that new Bumblebee/prisoner jersey for the Steelers?. C'mon you're a CD, we KNOW you have better taste than that!
RRRrrrr....I'm so envious of your trip to Las Vegas...and you look absolutely awesome! Way to go in wearing more makeup including false eyelashes! I must be rubbing off on you! Will you admit that girlfriend? And expensive cosmetics are worth every penny...my makeup stable is primarily MAC, BECCA, and Urban Decay. This girl insists on the very best...quality over quantity every time!

Yup. Best seat on the strip. And plenty of heaters during the winter.
I'm not really a "Vegas" kind of person but being in girl mode forces me to slow down which is interesting and makes the "being" there better. Funny story: as I am walking into Mon Ami Gabi for dinner, there is a couple, 65 ish blocking the reservation desk. The husband turns toward me and flat out stares into my face, and I in return. He then steps out of my way and says, "Please." He was in SHOCK! First cross dresser he ever saw, I am sure. And as for CD sightings of mine: 0. It's just not common place.
1) It's overblown, I think
2) The spray rocks. Really surprised by that
3) Love the bumblebee throwback but it's out now that "color rush" was introduced. The NFL is about making money.
Sorry I'm late for the party, Jennifer! I am super jealous. Not only do you get to spend a few days in Vegas enfemme, but you get to go to CES! I've been trying for years to get a friend to get me into the international hardware show. What!? They got a lot of neat gizmos just like CES! Besides, I could see it as Heidi, as my wife wouldn't think of going! What!?
Actually, I'm so happy you get the face to face that has to be done done and Jen get the run of the town! Great way to start the year!
Be yourself. Everyone else is taken!
Last night in Vegas so I went a little more dressy than last night which means I am over dressed for sure!
If I can leave everyone with one message it's this: Get out of your head. Go out if you want to go out. People just swing with it AS LONG AS you behave like you belong. That means shoulders back, head up, eye contact... confidence. If I can do it, you can do it.
Good night!

Windshear, my idea of fun is a 100 mile bike ride. Walking is torture in guy mode but in heels, it's work
