I feel its not what you use but how you use it.
I prefer my pictures to be the real me not an approximation.
Face app :- a bit of fun but its not the real you.
Photoshop :- Its fine for a minor touch up to hide a spot or change the background. Then its essentially still you in the picture.
For those who say crossdressing is deception. I guess that depends on why you dress.
