Depending on where you live, you may have hard time to find a therapist that is available. I know in my area, the wait times can be easily 6-12 months.

It really helped me to sort out all the thoughts in my head and I have arrived myself to the answer that I am a trans. Ultimately, this is what a therapy is. You should arrive to some answer on your own with properly asked questions.
