I've been complemented on my toenails every time I've gone for a full body scan with painted toes. And mine was either red or bright pink. Go big or go home.
I didn't remove my nail polish intentionally. I had just paid good money for a pedi, I knew that I was protected by HIPPA, and I just didn't care. In fact, it was exciting that they complemented me. I'd much rather that than thinking that they didn't even notice.
