It seems a shame that in Australia and Canada you can not exchange a bra. Are you absolutely certain of this? Most clothing is exchangable within a certain length of time as long as the tags are still on, you have the original receipt, and it can be sold as new. Bras are routinely tried on in the store so it is clearly NOT a health issue. It may be an attempt to increase sales, or to harass a male customer. I have NEVER had any trouble returning or exchanging clothing here in the US. I would not shop in a store that refused to allow me to return merchandise that was in saleable condition, but as I said, I have never had that problem. I also worked in retail sales for many years when I was younger and remember exchanging goods on a regular basis.
