... Kind of reminds me of Pavlov's dogs in a way - they heard the whistle and learned to associate that with food. Maybe MtFs see one (or more) certain item of clothing and learn to associate it with sex. At least this is my take on it.
I suppose a man who crossdresses would then appear to have a strong tactile sense as well as visual since so many crave the "feel" of women's clothing initially.
