Maybe we ought to post those bad things we consume as well. Thanks for the idea Brandy !! Yesterday, and this is terrible I know, and will definitely do better this week however yesterday: went to the mall with my wife, she shopped I went to a sports bar, had 4 Bud Lights (notice Light beer), split a bowl of potato soup, later a prosuitto (italian ham) and provolone cheese sandwich, about 1/4 can of mixed nuts, 5 Rolling Rock Pony bottles, (pony bottles, a girl needs to watch her weight after all ) and a pasta dinner with 5 meatballs and sausage. Now all that and picked up 1.1 lbs for the day........This week get serious and drop at least 5 lbs.......Wish me luck !!
