Well Tara, I think it's like this: she knows it makes me happy and therefore wants me to do it. However, it's just not something she finds fun or entertaining. After all, I am her husband and I'm sure she would rather not "have it in her face" most of the time. Some guys may be football nuts and have wives who hate sports. Their wives will find something else to do on Sunday afternoons, but will happily buy that signed jersey for their husbands for Christmas.
